Return/Refund Policy
Returns
Unfortunately, due to sanitary purposes, we do NOT accept refunds or exchange. We do not accept cancellations once the order is placed.

If for some reason the item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as the item arrives. We will only consider replacing, providing a refund or store credit if we are contacted within 5 days of receiving your package and item is unworn and still in its original brand new packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once you have contacted us about the damaged item, we will send you an email to notify you if your claim is approved. We will then process your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your items needs to be exchanged, send us an email at support@valerinasbeauty.com and we will inform with further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please save all tracking information provided by the selected postal service.
